ABOUT THE POSITION: Charlie’s team is on the lookout for a driven, adaptable, and results-oriented individual to be a Force Multiplier. This position is more than just a job—it’s a chance to play a pivotal part in executing strategic initiatives alongside Turning Point USA’s founder and CEO, Charlie Kirk.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Extremely hard working;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Knowledge of Google Drive (Google Docs, Calendar, Sheets);
- Punctual and extremely responsive;
- Demonstrate a high level of integrity and confidentiality;
- Have close personal alignment with the mission and principles of TPUSA;
- Be organized, a self-starter, and goal-oriented;
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills needed to form working relationships with fellow colleagues;
- Have competency in managing deadlines, multiple projects, and competing priorities;
- Reflect a strong work ethic and desire for excellence;
- Willingness to work long hours;
- Reflect a willingness to learn quickly and be up to any challenge;
"WOW" Skills:
- Have past/present involvement in conservative youth organizations, experience starting campus organizations and/or, leadership experience in conservative youth organizations is an added plus;
- Previous experience with TPUSA.
