Job Description: Turning Point USA is seeking a highly skilled, professional, and motivated individual to lead Greek Life outreach efforts and foster strong partnerships between TPUSA Chapters and Greek organizations nationwide. The Greek Life Administrator will serve as a dedicated liaison, driving engagement, collaboration, and strategic initiatives to expand TPUSA’s presence within the Greek community. Responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for national and local fraternity and sorority chapters, coordinating events and campaigns, developing outreach strategies, providing chapter support, and tracking engagement metrics. This role requires a proactive, relationship-driven individual who is passionate about connecting Greek Life students with TPUSA’s mission and values. The ideal candidate will work closely with TPUSA Chapters to ensure meaningful Greek Life partnerships, increase organizational reach, and contribute to the success of TPUSA’s collegiate programming. The Greek Life Administrator reports directly to the College Administrative Manager.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Former Collegiate Greek Life Member
  • Established connections within national Greek Life organizations
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Google Apps
  • Willingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned

  • Previous experience in a leadership role within a fraternity or sorority

  • Experience coordinating large-scale events or Greek Life recruitment efforts
  • Ability to develop and implement long-term strategic initiatives
  • A strong entrepreneurial spirit
  • Previous involvement with TPUSA
  • A strong representative of the TPUSA brand
  • Knowledge of Airtable/HubSpot
