Job Description:

The Strategic Manager – BLEXIT Education is responsible for overseeing all educational initiatives within BLEXIT, including the BLEXIT Education Projects Team, the Leadership Academy, and the BLEXIT Pulse Blog. This role ensures the successful execution of training programs, leadership development, and content creation while aligning with BLEXIT’s mission.

This position requires a strategic thinker, strong communicator, and proactive leader who can develop impactful educational content, oversee multiple projects, and work collaboratively with other managers to strengthen BLEXIT’s national efforts.

Minimum Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of experience in education, leadership development, training programs, or curriculum design.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills.
    • Experience managing projects and working within cross-functional teams.
    • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and content management tools.
    • Passion for conservative values, free markets, and community empowerment.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with changing priorities.
    • Self-motivated, highly organized, and goal-oriented.
    • Ethical and responsible behavior in managing budgets and resources.
