Job Description: Turning Point USA is seeking a motivated individual to assist in one of the nation’s largest and most innovative educational operations. The Distribution Administrator is assigned to one of two teams specializing in printing, fulfillment, packaging and shipping. Responsibilities include training and operation of print machinery and producing all printed materials at the TPUSA Illinois Warehouse. This job also includes assisting quality control as well as maintenance of items that are stored at TPUSA Illinois Warehouse. A candidate qualified for this position would be prepared for physical work, and time management in an adaptive environment. This is an entry-level position.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Google Drive (Google Docs, Sheets) and AirTable
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Suites
  • Verify files are print ready within the specs of the machine
  • Understanding of file types: eps, pdf, jpeg, png, and eps
  • Knowledge of color types: CYMK and RBG, etc.
  • Printing machine experience and certifications
  • Willingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned
  • Flexibility, enthusiasm for dynamic work environment
  • Passion for conservative ideas and principles
  • Strong work-ethic and goal-oriented
  • Self-starter and self-motivated
  • Punctual and very responsive
  • Ethical and responsible behavior managing corporate expense accounts
  • Reliable in multitasking and time management

“WOW!” Skills:

  • Previous involvement with TPUSA
  • Experience in packaging and/or shipping
  • Understanding of inventory management
  • Experience with inventory system software
  • Knowledgeable of World Ship and USPS shipping portals
  • Past experience with PRISMA Sync controller
  • Printing machine experience and certifications, specifically Canon
