Job Description:​ The Asset Management Intern is responsible for supporting the Asset Management and Distribution team with general facility management as well as distribution logistics. This internship will encompass a multitude of responsibilities and tasks such as; clerical and administrative tasks, communication and coordination with contractors and other service providers, maintaining TPUSA facilities, entering invoices for payment, and assisting with fulfillment, packaging, and shipping distribution materials. Additionally, this role includes overall quality control and the maintenance of items stored at TPUSA Headquarters.

  • Familiarity with basic administrative and clerical systems (Email, Google Suite/Microsoft Office)

  • Ability to prioritize and organize several simultaneous projects.

  • Versed in property upkeep and management.
  • Facility management or packaging/shipping experience.
  • Prior billing/accounting experience or clerical/admin work.
  • Prior service provider outreach and coordination experience.
  • Familiarity with AirTable, Google Suite, Telegram, Hubspot, and other communication platforms.
  • Familiarity with general inventorying systems.
  • Prior construction experience or other trade work experience.
  • Forklift Certification.
