Job Description:

The BLEXIT Social Media Administrator is a creative, digitally savvy, and highly organized team member responsible for managing and growing BLEXIT’s social media presence. This individual will handle all administrative aspects of social media, support the development of strategic content, and ensure consistent messaging across platforms.

The Social Media Administrator will collaborate closely with the BLEXIT team and may be expected to work with other departments, such as TPUSA’s digital or media teams, to align efforts and drive engagement. The ideal candidate will have a passion for conservative values, an understanding of minority American culture, and a talent for digital storytelling that captures attention and drives impact.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Familiarity with BLEXIT and TPUSA’s mission, audience, and social presence
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut
  • Proficiency in content scheduling tools like Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, or Later
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Understanding of minority American culture and current cultural conversations
  • Creative mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to trends and time-sensitive moments
  • Passion for conservative values and cultural engagement
  • Strong work ethic, time management, and ability to meet deadlines independently
  • Professional and ethical behavior in representing BLEXIT and Turning Point USA

  • Previous experience managing or growing social media platforms
  • On-camera presence for reels, live streams, or other video content
  • Background in graphic design, influencer outreach, or social media marketing
  • Strong storytelling and copywriting abilities with a viral content instinct
  • Past or current involvement in conservative or values-based movements
  • Experience with social media analytics tools and reporting
  • Ability to brainstorm and lead campaign concepts from ideation to execution
  • Knowledge of short-form content platforms and algorithms
  • Familiarity with event coverage and turning live content into digital engagement
