Job Description: Turning Point USA’s Media Department is seeking a Paid Media Specialist who is enthusiastic about audience growth. TPUSA creates videos and social media content that promotes Free Markets, Limited Government, and Fiscal Responsibility. This Marketing Specialist will be responsible for promoting this content to a new audience using digital advertising tactics.

The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, boosting TPUSA video and social media content using Google and Facebook advertising platforms, writing short-form ad copy, and creating and analyzing paid media campaigns in Meta and Google. This person should have an advanced understanding of TPUSA’s media presence and mission, be meticulously detail-oriented, and have the ability to execute an ad campaign on Google Ads or Facebook Ads.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1 year UTM building/tracking experience
  • 1 year experience with Google Ads
  • Familiarity with our YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram content
  • Knowledge of TPUSA’s media presence
  • Analytical mind and innovative spirit
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Passion for conservative ideas and principles
  • Positive attitude
  • Extremely strong work ethic

“WOW!” Skills:

  • Traditional and digital advertising experience
  • Media buying experience
  • Previous experience in both Google and Facebook advertising platforms
  • Previous experience/certified with Google Analytics
  • Past/present involvement in conservative youth organizations
  • Leadership experience in conservative youth organizations
