JOB DESCRIPTION:

Turning Point USA’s Media department is seeking a Digital Communications and Data Administrator to join our team. This role will be responsible for CRM data management, marketing automation, and assisting with email and SMS campaign execution in HubSpot across all TPUSA departments. The ideal candidate will have experience maintaining clean and organized CRM data, building automation workflows, and applying strong knowledge of segmentation, contact properties, and marketing data infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

    • Manage audience segmentation to deliver targeted, relevant messaging and drive engagement and conversions
    • Maintain and organize CRM contact data in HubSpot, including regular list audits, deduplication, and segmentation updates.
    • Build and optimize automated workflows that support lead nurturing, internal processes, and campaign operations.
    • Support the setup and scheduling of email and SMS campaigns, ensuring proper segmentation, deliverability, and tracking.
    • Identify data gaps, tagging needs, and segmentation improvements to support more effective targeting.
    • Set up and manage integrations and tracking systems (e.g. HubSpot tracking URLs, ad platform connections, UTMs) to ensure reliable data flow and campaign attribution.

    Minimum Qualifications:

      • 1+ year experience with Hubspot experience
      • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, targeting, and automations.
      • Solid understanding of CRM data structures, including segmentation, tagging, contact properties, and list management.
      • Exposure to data cleanup projects—de-duplication, re-engagement, suppression lists, and inactive contact removal.
      • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
      • Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver.
