Job Description:​ ​The Asset Management Communications Administrator is responsible for assisting the Asset Management team with coordinating service providers and contractors, facilitating backend organization, routing messages and mail/packages to the appropriate departments, managing TPUSA offices and front-of-house, inputting invoices for payment, and other special projects. The ideal candidate will first fit the company culture, embodying the following traits: Grassroots Humility, Warrior Spirit, and Persistent Innovation. Additionally, the ability to pay great attention to detail and be organized are highly desired. This is an entry level role with room for growth.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Attention to detail and very well organized
  • Versed in property upkeep and management.
  • Aid in the facilitation of not only the Asset Management Dept. but also Logistics and Distribution Depts.
  • Identify the most cost effective route for projects.
  • Assist with operational functions around the campus with an innovative approach.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with different contractors or project managers.
  • A “Can do!” attitude no matter the task or project
  • Flexibility and enthusiasm for dynamic, fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to prioritize and organize several simultaneous projects
  • Punctual and very responsive
  • Willingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets)
  • Passion for conservative ideas and principles
  • Can lift up to 50lbs

“WOW!” Skills:

  • Previous involvement with TPUSA
  • Prior billing/accounting experience
  • Prior service provider outreach and coordination experience
  • Familiarity with AirTable, Asset Panda, Apple Business Manager, Google Suite, Telegram, and other communication platforms
  • Prior construction experience or other trade work experience
  • Forklift Experience/Certification
