    • Development - The Development Department is dedicated to identifying patriots across the nation to support and advance the mission and vision of TPUSA. As a 503c3 non-profit, we rely on our Development team to work hand in hand with some of the top fundraisers in the country to achieve revenue goals and continue to shed light on why TPUSA is the largest and most effective organization in the conservative movement.
    • Graphic Design - This department is responsible for promoting the mission of TPUSA through creativity and producing high quality relevant graphics that are eye-catching and youth-driven. This team requires a high level of creativity and experience with numerous platforms and a well developed portfolio.
    • Media - The Media Department has the privilege of maintaining TPUSA’s outward social media appearance, managing influencer relationships and relationships with news outlets. The media department is responsible for managing all social media accounts, planning and executing Influencer activities at TPUSA events, organizing and tracking media goals, distribution of merchandise shipments, public relations and promoting on social media. Working within the media team would give you a broad experience in social media management, organization image management, research, writing, and public relations. This team requires a high level of creativity and experience with numerous platforms and a well developed portfolio.
    • National Field Program - The NFP Department is one of the nation’s largest and most innovative political field operations providing TPUSA presence on 3,000 campuses nationwide. The National Field Program is responsible for working specifically with TPUSA student groups and student activists to launch new chapters, maintain established chapters, organize daily campus activism initiatives, recruit new activists, help students register to vote, and develop strong networks throughout their assigned territories. Along with our field team we have a group of administrators working to assist our representatives with activism materials to stay relevant on college and high school campuses.
    • Productions - The Productions department is responsible for producing all TPUSA shows, podcasts, and documentaries and creating a world class visual production experience for all of our fans and viewers. The production team consists of script writers, show producers, video shooters and editors, audio/video production, motion graphic designers, and other aspects related to production. Being a part of this team could give you life changing experiences with a talented team of producers. This team requires a high level of creativity and experience with numerous platforms and a well developed portfolio.
    • TPUSA Faith - The goal and mission of the Faith Department is to serve pastors, faith leaders, churches, and believers across the nation by building an active network of local faith groups, and community impact events. Through the work of our representatives, we encourage members of faith communities to register to vote, host classes and chapters and educate each other on the connection between faith and freedom. Being a part of this team would provide a wide range of experience in a passionate environment bringing together the worlds of faith and freedom.
    • Special Projects - The Special Projects team is responsible for executing multiple donor funded projects including our Watchlists, Alumni Association, and our Experience Israel program. This team is dedicated to researching and exposing professors and school boards who discriminate against conservative students. Our Alumni Association provides networking, professional development, and education for recent college graduates and young professionals. The Special Projects team also leads our Israel initiative to educate on the importance of a strong US-Israel relationship and opportunities for students to travel to Israel and be involved in training and our Young Jewish Leadership Summit.
    • Legal - Our Legal department is responsible for making sure all aspects of TPUSA are in compliance with 501c3 non-profit Internal Revenue Code and our tax-exempt status. Our legal team works closely with each department to make sure that employees are protected and our organization continues to provide law abiding experiences and content for all employees and consumers.
    • Events - The Events Department is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing all TPUSA campus tours, conferences, and events- including the largest event in the conservative movement, AmericaFest. The TPUSA Events Team is responsible for all event details, start to finish. Being a part of this team would allow you the experience of working with a variety of departments to successfully create and execute multiple large-scale events from concept to reality while learning skills in organization, team building, event planning, project management, and more.
    • National Field Program, High School - The NFP High School Department is the newest addition under the National Field Program, focusing specifically on High Schools. This department is responsible for working specifically with TPUSA student groups and student activists to launch new chapters, maintain established chapters, organize daily campus activism initiatives, recruit new activists, help students register to vote (if eligible), and develop strong networks throughout their assigned territories. Along with our field team we have a group of administrators working to assist our representatives with activism materials to stay relevant on High School campuses.
    • Asset Management - This department is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all TPUSA’s physical assets including property, technology, facilities, and security. Asset management maintains the safety and security of HQ premises and all physical assets owned by TPUSA.
    • Distribution - This department is responsible for the printing, fulfillment, packaging and shipping needs of TPUSA. Distribution works alongside many departments to fulfill requests related to printing and distribution. This department is also responsible for keeping inventory of items that are stored at TPUSA Headquarters.
