JOB DESCRIPTION:​ TPUSA's Production Department is looking to hire an intern to assist with daily productions tasks. The ideal candidate will embody TPUSA’s culture points of grassroots humility, warrior spirit, and persistent innovation. The person who fills this position will be responsible for assisting the production team on a variety of projects, with regards to pre-production, production, and post-production. The Production Intern will be responsible for executing the following duties as well as additionally assigned tasks:

  • Handling Paperwork related to production
  • Perform Administrative Work (Travel, Expenses, Phone calls, Errands)
  • Perform studio housekeeping duties(Organizing gear storage, keeping studio spaces clean, maintenance of equipment)
  • On set production assistance - managing crafties, props, printing documents, assisting camera and lighting teams when necessary, script supervision, teleprompter operating
  • Maintaining the folder and file organization for each production to ensure ease of access and availability
  • Preparing and delivering call sheets, production documents, and information to cast and crew at Producer/Director discretion
  • Designing thumbnails and graphics for episode/content distribution, social media, and digital marketing.
  • Clipping and captioning promotional material for social media and digital marketing.
  • Writing posting descriptions that adhere to brand guidelines

  • Attention to detail
  • Flexibility and enthusiasm for dynamic, fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to prioritize and organize several simultaneous projects
  • Punctual and very responsive
  • Willingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Google Drive (Google Docs, Sheets)
  • Passion for conservative ideas and principles
  • Self-starter and self-motivated
  • Innovative nature & desire to try new things and learn
  • Can lift heavy gear (50 lbs)

“WOW!” SKILLS:

  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, AfterEffects)
  • Previous on-set production assistant experience
  • Previous experience with cameras, lighting equipment, and audio equipment
